If you’re getting the message, “Cicerouiwndframe not responding” when shutting down you’re machine do this.
- Go to Control Panel.
- Click Add/ Remove programs
- Choose Microsoft Office 2003 (that’s what I have so I know it works for 2003 but might work for other version as well. Not sure though. )
- Click ‘Change’
- Click the ‘Add or Remove Features’ radio button and then the ‘Next’ button from the setup dialog box. The other applications above it were selected by default in my case, I guess you can select them as well. Then click the ‘Next’ button.
- Select the checkbox, ‘Choose advanced customization of options’.
- Expand ‘Office Shared Features’ by clicking the ‘+’ button.
- Expand ‘Alternative User Input’ by clicking the ‘+’ button.
- Click on the (disclosure) triangle for ‘Speech’ and then click ‘Not Available’ . Do the same for ‘Speech’
- Now click the ‘Update’ button below.
- You’re done.
